BidBox International is a complete provider of solutions and services in the field of offer management. The founders of BidBox®, Wolfram Seyring and Hüseyin Özkan, have years of experience in Sales, Marketing and proposal preparation. Working with international and national enterprises they gained experiences in developing, selling and marketing products and solutions.

Our customers have access to our international network of consultants, trainer and experts. We provide local contacts in Germany (Düsseldorf, Munich, Hamburg), Italy (ROM), India (Delhi), Finland (Helsinki), UAE (Dubai).
In India, BidBox International is represented by BidBox Pvt. Ltd in Gurgaon/Delhi with BidBox Business Services. As Managing Director, Suchit Aggarwal manages the company on site. With a sales support team in Gurgaon, customers are supported internationally in the areas of market and competitor analysis, as well as marketing and social media.

- 2021: Expanding online training and working on new business areas such as defense and security solutions.
- 2020: Support and preparation of offers for ESA (European Space Agency) projects, inclusive registration and submission.
- 2019: Preparation of offers for public tenders for our customers until the submission of the offer.
- 2018: Introduction of new seminars: Management Address – Executive Summary, Successful Positioning of Offers
- 2017: Membership in the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce reaches new international customer groups.
- 2016: Opening of BidBox in Delhi/Gurgaon, India with Suchit Aggarwal as GF for BidBox Pvt. Ltd.
- 2014: regular training courses, expansion of personnel, establishment of a comprehensive service portfolio, license agreement with Shipley Associates (US)
- 2013: Market entry, first customer training courses, expansion of the partner network
- 2012: First partner agreement, first company appearance on the occasion of the APMP DACH Conference in Frankfurt
- 2011: BidBox International founded in Düsseldorf by managing partners Wolfram Seyring and Hüseyin Özkan
- 2008: Wolfram Seyring is the initiator and co-founder of the APMP-Chapter for the German speaking countries (APMP DACH).
Partnerships
Wolfram Seyring, MD BidBox International is the founder of APMP DACH. He was Director of APMP DACH until 2010. BidBox is a reliable partner, exhibitor and sponsor of APMP. Together with Shipley Associates, BidBox supports APMP certification and organizes regular APMP Foundation Workshops.
Through the partnership with the US industry leader Shipley Associates, BidBox® and our customers benefit from the more than 40 years of experience of the American family-owned company in the areas of business development, capture and proposal management. Together with Shipley Germany, we are able to provide competent and targeted support for a wide range of sales and offer management services for small and medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries.
